Architectural practice Concept Of Architect M.Karpouzis & Associates operates in Ioannina since 2003. The founder, Manos Karpouzis, studied architecture at Huddersfield University in the U.K. and at Patras University in Greece. He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece and of National Union of Greek Architects and was vice president of the Architects Association of Ioannina from 2012 to 2014.

Our philosophy is based on the respect for the environment, the culture and civilization of the project area.We believe that it is very important to present inspired ideas with concept, emphasizing on diversity, individuality and sustainability of each project.

The practice has a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise in the production of architectural drawings for all stages of the project, from the initial concept design to the final construction phase. The practice uses the latest technology in Computer Aided Design (CAD) software including 3D representation and animation in keeping with the international industry standards allowing us to offer a high quality professional service. With the use of high quality Total Station and laser measuring equipment designed for the construction industry, we are able to retain control of the scheme from inception to completion, ensuring the quality of the works and that of the end result.
